His book, Pure Praise: A Heart-focused Bible Study on Worship, was released internationally by Group Publishing, Inc. in December of 2008. Pure Praise has been endorsed by Mark Hall of Casting Crowns, Darlene Zschech of Hillsong Church, Sally Morgenthaler, author of Worship Evangelism, and many more.

Dwayne is best known as an author and 30-year veteran worship leader and teacher.

• Dwayne is a frequent contributor of worship articles to Rick Warren’s Ministry Toolbox.
• He is an instructor for Worship Leader Magazine’s Online Training Center.
• He was a speaker at the 2008 National Worship Leader Conference.
• HE has appeared on such national TV talkshows as Canada’s 100 Huntley Street.
• He has appeared on Moody Radio’s Prime Time America and been interviewed on several Moody Radio affiliates.
• He has appeared on American Family Radio’s live show, Today’s Issues with Tim Wildmon.
• Most importantly, Dwayne is a Christian who loves God and his family more than life itself. He lives with his beautiful wife and two young boys near Birmingham, AL.

Dwayne conducts area-wide worship seminars and church worship conferences across the USA. 40 Sundays out of each year he leads worship at The Church at Ross Station, a new church plant in Hoover, AL. 

After graduating from Samford University, Dwayne had the privilege to serve as the Worship Leader and Program Director for Scott Dawson and his association for over 15 years. In that capacity he planned and led worship in crusades, festivals and conferences throughout much of the United States, working with mass choirs and various praise teams and well-known Christian artists, such as Casting Crowns, Audio Adrenaline and Charles Billingsley.
